Weird. I click on the link and get screen asking me to sign in to you tube instead of the vid. And strangely, there is no tab to sign me in.... Have seen this an several vids here lately. If I copy the url and paste it into my browser it works just fine.

I have noticed that the last few times I’ve looked at YouTube that there is just a search bar and a mainly blank page. They are trying to push people to one of their subscriptions of course. If you use the Duck Duck Go browser and search for a video their Media player pops up and gives you the option to watch on it or to watch on YouTube itself . Choose the Duck option and the video plays right there with no ads . And no tracking or profiling.

Sure, but that’s only one source of videos out of probably millions. If you come across a video pretty well anywhere but YouTube itself quite often you are redirected to YouTube. Perhaps not every time but very often. If you’re using the Duck browser you have the option of playing the video right in the browser with no redirecting. And no cookies or tracking or profiling.
