Definitely a Red Green type of guy. Might be from Maynooth. 
Quite entertaining! The only thing that would have been better is if he just a snow shovel as the cutter!

These days, snow shovels are mostly made of aluminum or plastic. No good for turning. Just grind up a good old piece of galvanized pipe. As you can see, it works great for the guy. I do think that he could use some lessons from Brian.
