During my Barn Find rebuild this past winter, I wanted my Music system to work. Had the Wonderbar rebuilt along with the OEM speaker. Upon completion all was good on the Bench Test. After install Nothing. Speaker went bad and Antenna lead pin wire was probably broke from the early 90’s. My Radio guru recommended replacing the speaker with SM Electro Tech rather than the poor quality reproduction from the prominent Corvette people. Visit the SM website for there explanation. What a difference and no wonder these people are in so many restorations and Restomods. Good to know info.
Have the old speaker free if anyone can use the condenser.

Hi Tom, just had my radio reworked and now utilizing the same speaker. had FM and extra input added as well. Not in car yet but sure sounded great on the bench!
Had it done in Mission B.C. by Larry Woods Radio.
Also the 14 inch measurement for the FI air filter bracket was exact, thankyou.
