Hello Jeff,
Purchased a new 24 Eray and looking for my first oil change. 5000 kms currently. I’ve heard mixed reviews about WN service. I’m a bit apprehensive about bringing my vette in for an oil change. I know there are 2 free ones, one for the oil & DCT filter change at 12,000kms. How can I be assured that there are no “surprises” when the work is completed? Thank you.

I purchased my 2024 Eray their and I was never so pleased with the level of service from both the sales team (Ian Weller) and service team. Service completed on time to high standards. No issues, no parts backorder when my service was due. Explained all the things they were going to do and what it would cost. The car was as clean when it came out and as it went in. Never tried to sell me additional service items. My 12k oil change, and DCT transmission filter change was done in agreed time. I have never been disappointed. I am scheduled for a console latch change during my next service. The coffee isn't to bad either.
