Wilson Niblett service dept

W/N has replaced cracked trim, installed dash cam and completed first oil change and DCT service on my C8. I have had excellent service and nothing but positive results with W/N. Present mileage, 12,150 Kim’s.

I have never had an issue with WN. My 12000 KM service was done quickly. There techs are excellent and Troy my service manager knows what they need to do.
And did they do it for free? Or did they demand the costs, even though GM covers them? This happened to a friend

I mentioned W/N replaced a cracked trim piece on my service visit. This piece was taken off a car in the showroom and transferred to my car so l would not have to return in two weeks when the ordered part arrived. The shop also completed the work quickly and got me back on my 859 km trip home. Very pleased with W/N.

I’ve been at Wilson Niblett since 2018, and if there’s one thing I know – being Canada’s largest Corvette dealership also makes us Canada’s Corvette service dealership. And we don’t take that lightly.

You can feel very comfortable bringing in any generation of Corvette

Side note – yeah, Justin’s the man!

Sounds great! Can I book with Justin specifically? I want to make sure that it is he that works on my corvette. Thank you!
Last time I was there, the service manager seemed frustrated that I hadn’t purchased the vehicle there / had not serviced there. Not sure what that had anything to do with the situation. Not a good feeling.

Who are you?!?
Having a bad day?
Not a good way to start the new year.
Just take him with a grain of raccoon shiRt. ;)
What he means to say is there is no worries about W/N. Anyone will have an issue with someone or another. If your friend had to pay for the DCT filter service is was likely because he had a 2020 or 21. Things have changed since then.
Make the call and don't worry who does the work. It's not that complicated as long as someone who does know how to do it is there to see that it's done right and I'm sure it will be so. We are now into the 6th model year. They've done everything I'm sure. If I can be confident with the Uxbridge dealer then you can be confident with W/N.
Don't worry, be happy, make the call (already) ;).
