Wilson Niblett Hillfest

Hopefully I can make it...I have the Heart and Stroke Foundation bike ride that same day on the DVP. We have a team of us going from work. We start around 7am, I should be done by 10 hopefully......I know the Hillfest goes till 1:30pm........Could I show up even around 11 or 12 or will it be to late to come?
