What is the hottest temp recorded in your Corvette?

I am sitting with my feet up today, browsing out the livingroom window, and wondering when we will see the first real warm top down temps again. This led me to start a discussion on the hottest temperatures recorded in your Corvette. Being a Metrologist, I had to calibrate the temp sensor in my car. Well, here is a picture taking in Bowling Green Kentucy last year just leaving the Corvette museum on the long trek home. I had witnessed 105 degrees Fahrenheit once before in the US, but did not get a photo of the screen.

110' F at hot august nights in Reno, August of 16...Didn't think to take a picture...I was watching the display to see if it would go over 100' and it does.

Sad to say but my C7’s personal best is 17c. What I have the garage set at. But being a glass half full kind of guy, the roof has been down.....in the garage....

Funny you should ask. I don't take many pics.......but this was during a heat wave last summer. (celcius)

I don't know what I've seen for exterior temperature readout, but I have seen the engine oil hit 157C... 315F.

I got off the throttle once I noticed that.

Also why an oil cooler is at the top of the 'to-do' list with modifications.

Well, this reply isn’t summer or Corvette related, but we had a brutal cold snap this winter in Edmonton, and my temperature display on my truck showed me something I had never seen... minus 40!!!
