Drove Mississauga to St. John's when I bought my Corvette; about 3700kms and 1 6hr ferry ride. I would love to do it again. What an awesome country we live in.

I've driven from Maine to Mississippi than across to Key West Florida .Total trip 3000 miles 
I've done the car trip to the east coast from Ontario a few times but never in a vette. (yet).
I've seen the west in a vette when Steamer and I drove my C4 back from Van. Island to Cambridge last September. That was a real treat.
That trip was some 3800 kms. The little 'jade beauty' knocked off 31mpg's with speeds mostly at 100 to 110 mph. Not too shabby for a 20 y/old 'bucket'.

Just got back from a whirlwind trip out East and did the Cabot Trail. 4700 kms in 6 days including 1400 in one day. Car was awesome and never became uncomfortable. Can't wait for the next road trip.
Great countryside, terrific people, awesome time. Even better in a vette.
Congrats on one fine trip Antony.... Sounds like she performed perfectly.

That is a wonderful shot. Tells the whole story, I didn't even read you post above and I knew where you had been. Great photography, great looking car.

The roads round the Cabot Trail are excellent to drive on. A little bumpy in some parts but the scenery makes up for it. Lots of tight turns hills. Glad I put new brakes on before I left! Took us 8 hours to do about 320 km. Every 5 minutes you are stopping to take a picture. I can thoroughly recommend a road trip out there.

Be carefull, it is hard to keep your eyes on the road when doing the Cabot Trail
On the way back from the Cabot Trail we stopped off in Quebec City for dinner. Had a lovely meal on a patio outside a restaurant on a quaint cobble stone street. This is a beautiful old city and well worth a visit.
In 2011, we did a 2500 mile trip from Atlantic Canada (NB) to Utica NY, Niagara Falls ON, Columbus OH, Albany NY, Martha's Vineyard MA, Bangor ME and home.
In 2012, we did a 3 week 4500 mile round trip to Key West and back, with many stops along the way.
Portsmouth NH, Annapolis MD, Myrtle Beach SC, Jacksonville FL, Key West, Sea Island GA, Nags Head NC, Dover DE, and Hampton Beach NH and home.
In 2013, we did a 2 week, 3000 mile trip to Augusta GA via Ramsey NJ, Roanoke Rapids NC, Augusta GA, Wilmington NC, Atlantic Beach NC, Annapolis MD, Portland ME.
We also did the Cabot Trail and PEI later that summer. What a great long weekend drive that was
A month ago, we finished a 3200 mile trip to Providence RI, Rochester NY, Akron OH, Bowling Green KY, Nashville TN, Lancaster PA and Augusta ME.
Each and every one of those trips was special. There is nothing that compares to a Road Trip taken in a Corvette.

Did an 11,000 km round trip in my baby from Toronto to Haines, Alaska and back. Also included an additional ferry ride of about two days.
That would be a long drive but in a great car.

In June this year to Canmore Alta. return, about 1,900Kms. Then a month later to Lincoln City Oregon and back on 101 also about 1,900Kms. Beautiful sceney on both trips.
It was a fun trip but the roads are really bad once you are up north, the roads are "chip seal" and are really harsh on the car along with flying stones.
But lots of nice roads and scenery to enjoy the car! I am glad that I did it...
