What Is New On 2027 E-Ray?

The recent Rick Conti Vid stated a new announcement for the 27' Eray is coming but can't say just what it is.
Any speculation?
I think it may be more HP in the form of the 186hp electric motor that is in the ZR1X? Or will it be a new LS6? 🤔
Does Rick " I'll get to the point eventually " Conti have inside information or could it heaven forbid be click bait ? Lol. Maybe it's just a price and or tariff increase. Our Concierge may have some insight......as for the new small block there of course are rumors and speculation, found this.

GM’s sixth‑generation small block V8 is slated to start production in 2027, and the Corvette is expected to receive a version of this engine sometime around the 2027 model year, but GM has not officially confirmed the exact Corvette timing yet .
Corvette‑specific expectations . Historically the Corvette has often debuted new small blocks, but the C8 broke that pattern by using an evolved Gen V LT2 rather than an all‑new generation. Enthusiast and industry outlets report that a Gen VI performance variant is likely to replace the current LT2 in a mid‑cycle C8 update, and that the 2027 Corvette Stingray is a plausible first Corvette application, though this is still speculative rather than confirmed by GM. Rumors point to dual displacements (around 5.7 L and 6.6 L) with improved efficiency tech such as updated Dynamic Fuel Management, potentially serving both trucks and performance cars like Corvette. Simple timeline -2027 model year: New Gen VI small block enters production in trucks/SUVs (confirmed). 2027–late 2020s: Corvette expected to migrate to a Gen VI variant, but exact year/trim (Stingray vs. a specific performance model) is not yet officially announced and remains informed speculation. So: you can bank on the new GM small block family existing and launching in 2027; you should treat Corvette adoption as “likely around 2027+” rather than a locked‑in, announced date.
