Valentines

My wife believes it is a made up, commercialized Hallmark holiday so I just need to love and respect her like I do every other day. and no she did not hack into the forum and type this :) I do appreciate that she just rolls her eyes when she sees another Corvette part on the Amex card!

No worry ... I am assured and your wife is not suspect for hacking to write the statement ...
"every other day" may have been otherwise been written "each and every day" ... :angelic:
... yes, I get it that the days between "every other" would be for the online Corvette orders ...

(so be aware of using "every other" wordings on a hand written love letter fellas) :Shy:

... just kidding ... I have to deal with wording "interpretation" every day with my darn
construction codes and by laws that I have to constantly hurdle. :Banghead:
Very good point! Luckily she is used to my many mostly well intended (mis)statements, "no honey that's not what I meant at all" Although it may still be filed away in that seemingly unlimited storage spot in their memory banks for future "discussions"

Bought Cindy and my mom a nice bouquet of flowers earlier in week. Nice quiet and romantic dinner followed up with a Chicago PVR'd marathon. Chicago Fire, Med and PD. Ya we are an old married couple.😉

I remembered V-Day on the way to a meeting this morning. Called and said "Happy Valentines honey"... She said "Oh yeah...It's today isn't it" and wished me happy Valentines as well... Picked her up some chocolate on the way home and she had homemade chocolate valentines muffins waiting when I walked through the door... mmmmmmm.....

We agree it's over commercialized. Cooking supper together and then kick back like Ziggy and Cindy! And no I did not get her this cake, but with her sense of humour I should have!

Valentine's dinner, why would I want to go to a busy restaurant? I'll come back to this restaurant next year, cheers everybody!
