A warning to those who are adamant about not mounting a front plate...Just spotted a new White C8 pulled over in the parking lot of a gas station @ Winchester/Thickson in Brooklin. Hopefully the 2 DRPS cruisers just wanted to check out the car.
Found a pic of my old NSX that looks similar to your pic. Had a professional photographer take some. This was taken in Brantford Ontario.View attachment 38826
Thanks. I loved that car more than any other car I have owned. Sadly I sold it way to cheap but at the time I was carrying 2 houses. Had to live in one while the other one sat for over 6 months before it sold. The quality on the NSX was incredible. Mine was a 1991 standard shift and never had a problem with it. I have heard since the early ones were all hand built it took something like a 10 man crew two weeks to build one by hand. I imagine if this was true they had many teams building them at the same time. Now a new car spits off the line in an average of every 45 seconds. At least thats what my buddy who works at Toyota says about the Corolla. The Lexus take one and a half minutes to leave the line. LOL.#dreamgaragegoals Love the original NSX so much!
They were hoping to get to 1 Corvette every 5 minutes. I was hoping for 45 seconds! lolNow a new car spits off the line in an average of every 45 seconds.
Yes I heard the same thing that a Vette rolls off every 5 minutes, but with only 2 shifts when running full capacity it will be hard to keep up with demand for years to come. Slower is better. My wife tells me that all the time, ha ha.
