3400 means it is scheduled for production. You will have a vin today or tomorrow. It will be built within 8 days. However the TPW is wrong. If it was 1/18 then it will be built this week.
If it is 1/25 it will be built next week. It can't be 1/16

You should not only have a vin, but a built car! Unless yours was one of the last this week, like Cams.

I just received word that my black on black 2LT, Z51 will arrive at the dealership during the first week of March. It was built before the chips ran out, I would guess.
