Looks like they forgot to put the foam back on before re-skinning the seats. No bueno. Looks awful. Hope the sun and heat do the trick, but I would be very surprised if that worked.

Likely should have done that to begin with and sent the dealership the bill.

Should not have happened in the first place. Mistakes happen, but an experienced tech should be smarter.
Can you name the dealer, so we all stay far far away?
Easier to make a list of good dealers than bad
