Ya, like [USER=2217]@Rruuff Day[/USER] said. Here in Ontario we get a lot of Quebec visitors and they don't run a front plate. So unless the cop wants to nail you on a stop for other reasons it's likely safe enough not to run one. I wanted one because my wife drives the car more than me and I don't want her getting hassled.
