Retro

GM should come out with one of these as a retro Corvette. I think it would sell very well. GM already has a 5.3 which is awfully close to the displacement of the old 340 hp 327 from 1962. A friend had a very nice '62 back in the day.

That is very cool! I would love to see what that looks like in person. Amazing how the Corvette can inspire a Dutch designer as I figured Europeans would like European cars. It just goes to show how global the Corvette really is.

Like it. Great lines and the epitome of the C1 for sure. Love the idea of modern underpinnings ........ If I were to choose which one to do that to, tho, it would have to be the '63 coupe.

That '62 I certainly wouldn't kick out of the garage -- beautiful and in my fave colour.

For me it would be a red 1957 vette on a C5 platform. Just love the simpler lines and especially only one headlight for more simplicity. Ah and that rearend and beautiful chrome front. And all that coupled with the C5 power and even better gas mileage.
