Ya, you did. I had to re-enforce your suggestion. A lot of it was filmed in Toronto. You can see the Roy Thomson Hall in many of the earth scenes. Was your GF from Toronto? Not that that matters as costumes can be designed anywhere.
No. She was from Alberta but has lived in TO for many years now. She's been involved in the movie industry now for a long time too.

Ok , I'll bite , why do your finger nails get dirty washing your car ?

Here's some food for thought. I also posted this in the 'sucker Punch' thread.

From the WEF, Carneys speech. Gave me some hope in him. Definitely worth the 30 minutes for those of us with an interest in what Trump has done and Carneys view and recommendations at the WEF.

Read the transcript this morning. I must admit that under the circumstances he is doing a pretty good job considering the current geopolitical situation. Not to mention having to clean up a lot of the mess created by his predecessor who was not only incredibly incompetent but blatantly negligent regarding practially anything that didn't please his woke agenda supporters .
I would agree that Carney is the most qualified person available to deal with the many issues we are facing given his background and experience in a number of categories which obviously the leader of the opposition is lacking in. What the world needs now isn't " Love Sweet Love " , it's a hero with a dialed in scope . Or Devine Intervention in the form of a myocardial infarction.

There are city people in Alberta that leave some doubt that they actually have any sense at all. Wifey got a message on FB this morning asking if there was a lake anywhere within 2 hours of Calgary that wasn't froze over so they could go kayaking. Duh.... We had a month of -25 or greater temps and our lakes have 4 to 6 feet of ice. Duh..... I told her to message them back and tell them yes. It's called your bathtub....She wouldn't do it.... lol...

-24 here this morning....

Yes. I heard that. The polar vortex is hovering in your area now. We are on the western edge of it now and our temps are forecasted to come around by Tuesday and stay in the -3 daytimes for a few weeks hopefully.

Wind from the south here this morning. Come mid to late week it will bring warmer temps to you as well.
Yes please. Today the "normal " low is showing as -30 . It was -32 since around the end of December. Slowly but surely. You are right, warming here by Wednesday at -11 and -9 on Thursday. Strange winter. All of December was one of the coldest on record .
