I would happily trade. I’m a moose fan as well. Mmmmmmm!! And that looks delicious to say the least. Nice job.
It was tasty and fall apart tender. The only drawback to slow cooker is I prefer my red meat rare but brisket is pretty chewy if it's not slow cooked for a long time. Not that I'm complaining...
