Here's my brisket after 6 hours on low. Big difference from my erlier photo. Two more hours plus 15 minutes wrapped in tinfoil to rest while I do the garlic roasted potatoes and corn for a vegie... Hope I'm making you all hungry.... Can you smell it? lol...

I would happily trade. I’m a moose fan as well. Mmmmmmm!! And that looks delicious to say the least. Nice job. :Hurray:
It was tasty and fall apart tender. The only drawback to slow cooker is I prefer my red meat rare but brisket is pretty chewy if it's not slow cooked for a long time. Not that I'm complaining...
