Sunday drive.

Got out for a 175kms today

I got out for the first time in 2014 today. only did about 60 km.
Sure was nice to Drive the Vette again.
The roads were a mess, lots of pot holes. but who gives a Crap.
Nothing like the feel when you push the right peddle in a Vette.:canada:
 
Hey Manny, I woke mine up from hibernation today and had a nice little run.
I forgot how much I love this car!
 
Can't wait.

Oddly enough my first drive might be on Wednesday. My neighbor drove THROUGH my house, and I now have to get a new garage door and wall put in. Major damage, major work.

No alcohol or drugs--as that seems to be everyone's first question. Just a really bad driver for a neighbor.

Anyways, the vette needs safe harbor for a few months while they rebuild my garage.......

What a joke..........insert really farkin ANGRY smilie here.

Did you ask your neighbour if they got confused thinking your house was a Burger King with a drive thru? :rofl:

Sorry to joke. That would really suck!!! You better set up some Bollards around your property!!!

Only a couple weeks away from being able to pull the vette out for the year so no driving yet!

Tried to get out yesterday and as you can see it didn't work out so well. Had to pull her out of the mud with a chain attached to my truck. Lots of clean up and lawn repairs ahead!!

Didn't get out yesterday (Sunday) but did this morning and what a beautiful morning it was. Drove up to Manny's for my Corsa, bushings, oil cooler, and manual fan control done (on the '94)......

Felt real fine (once the auto/tranny interlock released and let me back out of the garage and leave.:D).

Can't wait for tomorrow to hear the new Exhaust and feel the tighter suspension.

Yeah Manny and the boys will work their magic again. The sport Corsas are probably 'wild' enough for me .. I did ask Manny what he liked -- of course he said the extremes......:D

Should be ready by midday tomorrow - with any luck I'll miss all the rain that's coming overnight and into tomorrow morning.

We got to hook up soon -- Let me know when you're free for a Tim's.

Nice ride for sure Peter. I've stayed in Beaverton and driven round the lake a few times.....neighbour just moved to Keswick.
