We are thinking of doing a trip to Cabot's trail Nova Scotia.
Has anyone done this in their Vette?
Where did you stop along the way, staying on Canada side for whole trip.
Support our country. Would like to stop,n old Quebec any suggestions on where to stay.

Did a quick trip around the Cabot Trail in my Corvette a few years ago to kill time before getting the ferry home. If I had the time I would have liked to spend some time in Cheticamp. Looks like a nice place for a night or two. There are other roads in Cape Breton that are worth the drive as well such as heading to North Sydney via Little Narrows.

Darren, the Cabot Trial is simply spectacular, we went around (again) two years ago and there was a lot of construction on the road, it was a bit of a mess so you might want to find out what the current status is. That said Les and Karen (AllFlash) went around the same day as we did in their C7 Z06. It cleaned up pretty good.

Might want to send him a PM to ask his thoughts. We stayed at the Marriott down and back, 10 minute drive to Old Quebec City. Safe parking with a few special Corvette spots. To avoid Montreal traffic make sure to take the by pass to the south.

Have a great time. Pics man, we need pics!

Darren, one other thought is that their is a distillery in Cape Breton called the Glenora Distillery. My wife is a scotch drinker so she wanted to visit. The accommodations there are beautiful but you really need to book in advance. https://www.glenoradistillery.com

When we were there lobster was on our mind. We asked the fellow at Glenora where we could obtain such a beast of the sea, it was getting very late in the day. He made a call to a friend about 20 miles down the road who said he would wait for us to get there. He did and we cooked the tasty beast right on the beach. It was a wonderful dinner in a special spot.

My folks, being from Moncton NB go back every summer for a couple of weeks. Last year they went to PEI for 2 months and took quite a few pics of the Cabot Trail. I’ll ask Mom when they get back from PHX if I can post some. Dad said that he had seen 3 Corvettes traveling together late one day. All verts with the tops down.
