storage question

I will be leaving my Vette stored for the winter in my heated garage while I am south.
Thats the good news, the bad news is is that we have a few mice that like the warmth to.
I have a thought that if I leave a radio on loud with head banging music LOL, under the car it might keep the mice away along with dryer sheets moth balls and sonic mouse deterents.

Surround the car with those big sticky rat traps. Anything that crawls across them will be stuck like glue.

dan, there is a product called ropel that is quite effective in repelling rodents. it's used alot for boat storage - works for raccoons as well... they can destroy a boat interior.

A few years ago, we have the odd mouse get into our cottage. Mothballs definitely didn't work and stunk the place up to high heaven. I heard about using Bounce dryer sheets. We lay them all around the cottage in the fall and haven't had a mouse problem since. We specifically use the "Bounce" sheets. We've been using them in our cars too and have had zero mouse problems. The smell is a lot better too. Perhaps we have been lucky, but it has been too many years now to be all luck.

why not creosote ? It solved my problem when field mice were sleeping in my BBQ!!! I believe it is still available at hardware stores.
