Retail price is staggering.Switched power over from the alley to the garage that now has underground wiring to power the house. Meter is now on the garage and holy crap the wire from the meter to where it connects from the alley.

Excellent advice. I would add that he should also keep an eye out for copper thieves given the current price.Beware of cooper thieves. It's basically an Industry here...
