Something Old
Super busy day for our enclosed trailer yesterday :

Picked up and brought back to the shop a 1934 5 Window Dodge Coupe . This all steel car was built 12 years ago here in Ontario .

We are doing a full body off redone with a few extras , including new pearl yellow House Of Kolors paint . Custom wheels and tires , brembo brakes and a whole lot of custom one off CNC water jet made parts .

The current old school mill , a 392 Hemi , 30 over with hot heads and dual four set-up is coming off .

In its place in are doing a Viper V10 .............with custom twin turbo's.

busy boys ! seems a shame to replace that 392, :( talk about a period correct hot rod. is something wrong with the hemi ? that motor just looks so sweet in that car. if the engine is good i imagine someone will pay a high dollar for it.

Engine runs like a clock , our client just wants to update the rod . New running gear , and a Viper V10 is still true to the make .

Love that 392 -- tho the V10 will be more powerful, it won't duplicate the beautiful sound of the hemi......

Great rides and many happy customers Manny -- kudos.

My uncle is restoring a 33 Plymouth Coupe and putting in a new 5.7 Hemi. Seems like modern drive trains are the way to go! That car looks Gorgeous!

Not to mention Paul and Rob's Corvettes, those things are stunning as well!

All those rides are sweet. Paul's in person is menacing, especially with those meaty rear tires. The Dodge is looking really sweet. Does anyone know what's being done to it yet? I'm not spilling the beans:D

Manny, how does the driver get in and out of the vette in the delivery van?Looks like there is less than a foot of door space to crawl through.

I'm a pretty thin guy , and since I do the pick ups and deliveries its no problem.

Manny,
you missed a great opportunity to really string a story out of this!!

As in.....work you way up through the air intakes into the cabin; to as something
as mundane as leaving the window open and using that as the 'door' as per
NASCAR.

Tony,
welland

Wow.

That Dodge is beautiful. Always nice to have some old iron around just to give all those gorgeous 'Vettes some contrast!

Agreed with CCO on the engine. Hemi seems more fitting to the car--but V10 will look shiny and sinister as well!

I can't wait to see the transformation in look and performance of my C6 Manny. So looking forward to getting the car back and for spring to arrive!
