Solid engine mounts

Anyone running solid engine mounts? What do you think of them?

I think it depends on what type of driving you are doing. Track, they would work, but from my research, anyone that has gone with solid mounts states they would do polyurethane next time.

Yea, I was thinking about that too. I am wondering if the poly ones are going to give too much vibration over the oem rubber. I have a cam and it vibrates quite abit already.
