Chrome looks good on cars from the 60's IMO. The C8 looks better with black or aluminum wheels.

Have to agree. I loved the chrome back in my muscle car days but like the black or satin grey better on the sports cars.... Dereks black rims with the thin red rim strip and the red calipers looks really good on a black car

Black etc vs Chrome. This always a great debate. There are some black chromes out there I wouldn't mind trying on someday. It's been around for ages but not often seen by me.

I just went with the stock aluminum wheels as I figured that I could add some nice aftermarket rims later.

It appears most on the forum think chrome wheels are passes today.I have always had chrome wheels on all my cars as I like the shine and contrast with the black tires. Presently thinking of black spoke wheels with red strip tires and red brake calipers. To me personally this would look much better then just black wheels and black tires, no contrast. As the old adage states, "to each his own.' Hope everyone is staying safe during this terrible time.
