The unit is mint with no scratches. It will include the last update disc as well as all others which I have. It will include the GPS antenna as well as my USA-SPEC iPode interface which requires you to have an XM module to interface with it.
The reason is that I will be buying a Kenwood head unit to replace it as I want more USB and Bluetooth, etc. Make a reasonable offer by PM if this is of interest. The parts alone were worth over $1,700 new. No reasonable offer will be turned down. The only caveat is that it will be available once the new head unit gets installed.
