Selling A 1986 Corvette Coupe

Hi all,
I am looking to sell a 1986 Corvette as is as part of an estate sale. The car is located in central Ontario. It has 140K and runs well but has some damage to the interior. It comes with extra parts including a new seat and dashboard. Any idea where to a car for sale that would be a good project, and will be priced accordingly?

If it runs and drives, I’d list it on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and some Corvette or classic car groups. A running ’86 with 140K km and extra parts should definitely attract someone looking for a project.

Be upfront about the interior damage and include plenty of photos. The extra seat, dashboard, and spare parts add value, especially for someone planning a restoration.

You could also try local classic car clubs in Ontario—sometimes enthusiasts are willing to pay a bit more than a general buyer. Pricing will depend on the overall condition, but a running, complete car is usually much easier to sell than a non-runner.
