Ron Fellows

It was announced yesterday that Ron Fellows will run his 100th SCCA Trans Am Race at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park durning the Victoria Day Speed Fest.

Fellows will race the #6 Derhaag Corvette. He said it has been some time since he drove a Trans Am car and the horsepower has significantly increased. He said it will take some seat time to adapt.

I have not been to the Victoria Day races for many years but they were always a lot of fun. Good to see Fellows back in the seat of a Trans Am car.

He was fast and held the lead from the beginning. But the second place corvette winner held her own. Amy Ruman did a great job hanging in there with Fellows. The Cascar race on Sunday was pretty wild....Quite a few wipe outs....They will be televising it on TSN next weekend.
