Thread 'Ron Fellows Z06 - A must!'

Gilles and I attended this past week after receiving the January promo and OMG does the Z06 rip. IF YOU ARE A Z06 OWNER THIS SCHOOL IS A MUST!

We both did the Stingray Advanced Level 1 course prior and wished that they offered it in the Z06 but alas its not offered yet (caveat...Rick Malone mentioned that they are close to offering it). If you are asking, the Level 1 course is an advanced driving course for open lapping where you are on your own after proving your merit with the instructors). This being said, don't let others make you think that the Z06 school isn't worth it because...

Yeah sorry it was the East Track.

Any members who can share North/South Level 1 track times. Not sure who was driving but a Level 1 time <1:49:90 looks like a solid lap?

Is north/south a single track? Or do you mean share times for south track and north track?

Cam and gilles, those are crazy fast times. Must have had previous track experience with great lines. My best was 1:15.7 and i thought had done decent from 1:26 the first day on the east track to catch up to an instructor lap time. Great place and great program though!

One more day. With my 3 other fellow Canadians including Manitoba and Nova Scotia.

I was around 7+ second quicker in the Z vs the SR. I have to locate my SD for the SR to verify.
Eventhough this was the second time doing the same course but in a different variant, I had pick up a few pointers that I may have forgot or missed at the first class.

We had 6 ZR1 and 12 Z06 drivers.
