Repairing Door Panels

Does anyone have a good technique or know of a good product to repair some small tears in my vinyl door panels? A ny help would be appreciated. Thanks.

after 40 years the material is pretty brittle and fragile......makes more sense to me to replace the entire panels. a fairly easy job and not terribly expensive.

Believe it or not, the vinyl is in pretty good shape. As I said it is just a couple of small spots that I think could be repaired. Just want to save $900 that I could spend elsewhere on the vehicle.
