My C8 was built on August 12 and arrived at dealership in Vancouver today August 28. 16 day ! Anyone waiting for a C8 in Vancouver has got to like that.

I'm guessing that's Dueck? How long was your timeline from Deposit to them telling you they were ready to submit an order?

Maybe the Canadian Pacific train is parked by the weigh station on Trans Canada Highway Number 1

it has to be something like that I google earth the area and I think that is the only possibility. Very unlucky with this so far .. there does not seem to be anyone that can give me an answer why or rectify the situation.

I have been on the list since 2019. But waited for an allocation as I wanted them to work any bugs outs and was deciding between coupe or HTC. So I finally took the June allocation. So two months from order to delivery.
Took mine the better part of 6 weeks for delivery to Calgary

Yes I feel very fortunate not only to get a C8. But maybe also get some nice days to drive. I am so thankful that GM trucked it from Bowling Green to the dealership. They have been seeing a lot of damage to cars being railed. Too many people handling them and not really built for easy rail car loading. And it’s way faster
Does that mean you could've had it earlier but passed up on your turn?
