Which is weird. In a country where it's legal to set your wife on fire for not having supper ready, you wouldn't think they'd be too upset about a gun....

Ya . Probably more guns in Brazil than at a KKK reunion. But when you’re a Billionaire you can afford good shysters .

First off I must say that I didn’t personally take this picture but because it is such an amazing shot I thought I would post it. I’m afraid we are in for more of the same this year as there has been evacuation orders already issued in Alberta. Let’s all pray for rain. This is just outside of Hay River NWT last year just before their second evacuation.

The ones I don’t eat fresh I just freeze them as is and later thaw them and into the blender skins and all and make sauce for any tomato based recipe. You don’t notice the skins at all. I do the same with large ones. Not a bad crop this year, got about 115 lbs in the deep freeze. Mainly heirlooms . You just can’t buy that flavour as you well know. I’m going to have to try drying some now, great idea.
