Didnt want to hijack lilred's thread, so starting my own. Sorry for the long ramble.

I'm in Ontario. Been following new Corvette market closely since April.
Was interested in 2026 Coupe 1LT. Red mist, orange or riptide blue.
2027s with the new engines peaked my interest. I thought if the 2026 price was around $20k reduced, then stick with 2026 otherwise go 2027.
I'm recently seeing some reductions in 2026 pricing of around $18k to $19k, but also in Alberta.
Capital in Calgary has a 2027 mist red for $89k.
In Ontario Trenton/Cobourg has orange and blue 2026 with "only" $10k off for around $90k.

What's the prospect of Ontario Corvettes getting down to Alberta pricing?
Also, is it feasible to order the Capital 2027 red mist in Calgary and have it shipped to Ontario?
Or wait for new shipments of 2027 and re-visit in Spring?

Ive only visited the one dealership in Orangeville. They offered me the yellow 2026 for $91k representing a $13k discount back in June, but yellow my 4th choice.

Would definitely do a factory order at this point in the year if you will be parking it until the spring anyway. You will get exactly what you want. GM might introduce incentives by then on the 2027 models too closing the gap in cost a bit plus you get the new motor.

I'm at Georgetown Chevrolet and can help you set that up if you want to go that route.

Went to Capital yesterday and made a deal on that '27 Red Mist, only to receive a call later in the day telling me it was sold on Wednesday.
They really felt bad about the situation and are trying to find another one for me .

I saw they changed the price earlier this week from the $89,xxx to $94,ish.
What price were they quoting you? Do you think they were really feeling bad about the deal? Smells a bit fishy 🐟

I still see the 26 at gpchevrolet in Grande Prairie with around $20k off. A little too far for me to realistically purchase from them.
Still monitoring the 26 discounts in Ontario. If I don't find anything will reach out regarding a 2027 to the Georgetown poster who replied in my thread.

The price went up due to changes in factory incentives, but they honored the lower price. I was going to trade in my '06 and otd price was $70,000.
Looked into the Grand Praire car , it's sold.
