Welcome to the forum primetime. You have found a place with lots of great guys and girls who love Corvettes.... And just so's you know, we also feed off of Corvette pictures so we won't let you have much rest until you post some pictures of your car and give us a little rundown on how you came about to be one of us.

You picked a good one for your first one. This is a seriously fun car.
Mine is going in for a high end radar detector install in the spring. Not that I speed “all the time”.... but when I do...
looking at the installed Escort 9500Ci W/Laser Shifter Pro. I can get a display system put into the rear view mirror and a tiny control box for the dash somewhere. It has multiple fwd and rear sensors.
Something you may want to consider. These cars are fast and want to go.
Did you get any Xpel put on your car? Highly recommend it. Especially on the wider Z. I did the highway package plus full rear quarters (will be trashed in 1000km without it) and splitter/rockers/side skirts. Plus the areas that get touched. Door edges etc... nothing like a ring scratch on your new Z. Lol

Yes Xpel... ceramic coating... getting the car blessed by a voodoo priest... etc.
I put on the best film I could get through the dealer and likely paid too much for a middle of the road product. I had it placed in my 17Z where my experience with the 15 Z06 was clearly exposed to road debris off the sticky tires. If you have driven for 10 minutes you know the sound of the crap off the road hitting the paint on any surface that is not in the main traffic stream. Yes it’s your paint being hit as your inner fender wells are carpeted and absorb the sounds.
So search on here as there are a few good threads on this and I’m sure some of the guys local to you will be happy to recommend products and shops where you will get a good value for the money.
