The way I see it the options had no price increases so as stated on window sticker. The base price should be based price at time of ordering of $85,095.00
Actually when you ordered (Sept 13th) the price wasn't released yet, price if a recall was available early October or early November (thinking November), and it was at $85,095.00
So you should be protected for $3,900.00 if my math is right. My C7 is a few days away I'll share if and how my price protection promise works out from my dealer.
