Pardon my French but wtf is a vette coin?

We running cryptocurrency on the CCF now? Where are these vette coins and how do I use them? Are they to pay forum fines?

Excellent question. At the moment the Vette coin's world ranking is relatively low.
According to our world currency converter, one CCF VetteCoin is currently worth $0.00000000000000000000000001, which means 980 quadrillion VetteCoins is worth approximately 12 cents Canadian.

We are hoping that after a nuclear episode, alien invasion takeover, or a giant asteroid demolishes all development on earth as we know it, that VetteCoin value will increase and become a trading option to acquire weapons, foodstuffs, and gasoline for our Vettes. But time will tell.

Now.... Back to watching a Mad Max re-run .

My understanding is that they are for bribing CCF staff..... ;)

VetteCoins on the Canadian Corvette Forums do not have a real-world monetary value or cash exchange rate. [1]

What Are VetteCoins?
    • Forum Currency: They are a virtual points system or community currency used exclusively on the Canadian Corvette Forums. [1]
    • How They Are Earned: Members accumulate VetteCoins through site participation, such as posting messages, receiving likes, staying active on the forums, or earning achievement badges. [1, 2]
    • How They Are Used: They function like a fun-to-play points balance rather than a real cryptocurrency. Members can use them within the forum for community features like the site's Sportsbook Betting Emporium or member-created wagers. [1]
    • Cash Value: They cannot be cashed out, traded for real money, or bought and sold on public markets. [1]

Please send me the link to the Sportsbook Betting Emporium as I would like to participate and haven't been able to find it or anything like it here anymore. We use to have a bank we could store VetteCoins in and earn interest; A 649 style lottery we could spend or earn coins on; Betting with coins on Formula racing events; A fun steal option that we could try to steal coins from a selected member; and a few other uses for VetteCoins. None of which I have found or seen for years. The last thing I did with coins was a 50,000 coin bet with Denis 3 years ago.

:clown: I came across some of those options a while back . Didn't really understand what it was all about. It ended up costing me 20,000 coins . No idea how or why . Still no idea . Perhaps just a cruel joke on the part of whoever came up with it in the first place , lol.

Where did you find them. I can't find them any where right now.

If you click on your profile and then click on " VetteCoins " where it says the number of them click on the number itself and you will see two choices, 1. How many each member has or 2. Donate some to another member. But I don't see where you can bet them which is how I lost some . Can't remember exactly how that worked at the time, it was a couple of years ago. I just sent you 10 and 12 to Nelson .....

Yup.... Knew where the Donate is but Murray explained to Nelson about using the coins for the "Sportsbook Betting Emporium". He seems hesitant to tell me how to access it when I asked though...... :Ack2:

Search found this but it doesn't say much....
Yup. One dark night, back in ancient times, I remember VetteBot cleaning out our bank account and heading to Vegas with all our coins.

I asked Google and that was her response. I bet you I don't know how to gamble with them. ;)
