I would like to give a huge thanks to Jeff Moore and his team at Wilson Niblett for their support and expertise and for providing my wife and I with a first class delivery experience. Driving off the lot was a little scary but exhilarating. It was a fantastic journey and worth the wait. The best comment I had from a passenger yet....."Holy crap Pete, this thing is like a roller coaster on wheels". Looking forward to seeing you guys on the roads and hopefully some day meeting up with some fellow corvette owners.

Congratulations on your new C8. Your pictures are amazing... but I am confused on the color... is this torch red or red mist? Sorry I never saw a red mist in person and some pictures look more like torch red and some darker more like red mist...

Thanks, it’s red mist. Here’s how I can describe the color. On overcast days, it’s metallic red, very bright. In full sun it has almost a copper or orange hue to the bright spots on the car. At dusk, and night the color takes on a deeper red almost burgundy color.

Thanks, Murray, I use a drone for my day job to assist with building and facility assessments. Comes in handy to get some interesting perspectives of my car.

Lucky you getting a photo of your new wheels exiting the transport truck. I asked my dealer for the same but was told the salesman wasn't around when the truck arrived. Congrats to you and PistolPetesC8 for your beautiful new machines!
Nice , really nice. I am thinking about torch red for my 2022 HTC. I realize this is Not TR. Still, lovely car - drive the damn thing. I just left my dealer to see an accelerator yellow and they had a 2016 on the lot with only 17,000 km - what a sham. I plan on driving my C8 all year round - order the new AS to put on it for that purpose.
I guess you can drive it all year in Vancouver. Locally here, it’s a bit difficult when the Vette becomes a snow plow
