As Manny said, I tried to get a 80mm ported unit that was welded in the thin areas to get that hole diameter.They used a brass throttle plate and the unit was a good piece, but in making the opening widerthey mill out that oval or stepped slope in there that allows the airflow to slowly ramp upwhen first opening. This in turn caused all kinds of problems with the car and we had some DICerrors going off that cause the Reduced Power Prompt.I would suggest getting one thru Manny and enjoy the quicker throttle response, if you feel like going all outthen get a ported FAST 90+ off him and add in a LS2 TB and a Z06 Maf for 20+ rwhp with a good tune.
