Overspeed warning

I've been told that c6 vettes made for export from the US have an overspeed warning on the DIC when they reach 120KPH.
I bought mine in the US, and my C6 does not have this warning.
Can someone with a Canadian car confirm or deny the overspeed warning?
If there is such a thing, has anyone got it disabled, and how did they do it?
A fellow in Dubai gets it at 75MPH, and can't get rid of it, from the DIC. It's supposedly imbedded in the computer system.

I have never heard of this but I imagine you should be able to disable that feature using HP Tuners or EFI Live.

I have the same issue on my C6 exported from the US to Dubai then i exported it back to the UK in 2019 , still don't know how to get rid of it ..

My US C6 didn't have either of these warnings.
