Our first build is a 2012 ZR1 , with a little kit We like to call the 710+ , thats an LPE 710 with some Dasilva Motorsports custom touches .

A set of ARH 1 7/8 headers and we are making power people :coolgleam:

Here are the headers , x-pipe & high flow cats being mocked up . We will then tig weld it all up for no leaks :D

Attention to detail is what were all about .

Should have this ZR1 on the dyno tomorrow :canada:

Our second ZR1 is a 2010 , again our 710+ kit along with the AHR header package and a nice cam to kick it up a notch . An LG Motorsports ZR1 rad will help keep the temps in check .
We will start on this Z next week . Then pick up his Carbon edition ZO6 for a nice round of heads & Cam in the Dasilva Motorsports style , then oh ya this client has some toys and Dasilva Motorsports will be sending all 3 cars to the next level .. So for the 3 car , well how about a 2007 Dodge Charger Superbee ..... can you say Maggie & AHR Headers

Too much project for 2014 but as I stated in an other tread, I would like to do this for 2015. I don't want to do head and cam but 710 kit, headers, maybe porting the snout, tbi and upper part of blower and probably upgrading cooling, the baby's run pretty hot. I will try to get a day off during the summer and go visit the shop when other forum members meet

Sounds good Stephane :D

Here is some progress from today :

Headers installed and all connections except 2 have now been tig welded .
Dave our master tech has some real skills :D

Beautiful looking system .
In the back ground is our 2010 ZR1 that is coming up next

The charger has been removed for installation of the 710+ kit

ZR1 # 2 looking very nice after a bath , clean cars won't scratch when being worked on . Dust and dirt even with covers can scratch the paint . This is why we first wash a car before working on it .

Should be complete today and roll'n out the HP tomorrow :canada:

Wow, these weldings look like there where made by a machine. The super charger top is of, do you drill holes in the wiper box to access the rear bolts?

:swear: Washing the car before is a great insurance policy, only the pros think about these small but so important details.

We drill no holes my friend , like I said Dave my head tech is very talented :canada:

Dropped in some fresh 91 octane and finished up the tune portion :

652 RWHP & 648 RWTQ @17psi -This ZR1 is a beast :canadaflag:

We are installing a Katech inter-cooler tomorrow and hope to have the cold air intake finished up by the end of the week :D
