Perhaps the mechanic failed to line up the appropriate rim holes with the matching studs.Your wheels, nor their logos are lined up! I'm very ashamed of you!
That's because that's not his car. His Vette is that dirty splotchy brownish gray colour.Your wheels, nor their logos are lined up! I'm very ashamed of you!
What mine looks like right now.You mean Long Beach Zeus...
Battery tender 24/7 for mine. Half of our roads are pretty clear although there is still two feet of snow on the ground. We have the same issue with sand and fine gravel they spread but on the bright side no salt used here ever . I figure another four weeks and it should be back on the road again !I thought about it but there's still lots of sand and gravel on the roads up here in the snow belt. Speaking of umbilical cords.. who leaves their C8 plugged in to the corvette charger 24/7 vs once a month (or so)? I know with most new cars there's quite a draw on the battery when it's just sitting, thanks to all the connectivity etc.
Not a problem if you always keep the car cover on it. I have so far, going to try and remember every time. Takes all of two minutes. Keeps the UV off the paint, interior and rubber. Eventually they will have solid state batteries, long life and very fast charging.Wait a few more years and it won't matter. There will be a charge port to plug your Vette into.
I looked yesterday and there is no break at all in my seal. If there is one in yours you better have that replaced / checked.Yes, right after the rubber there is a little gap
Actually we use to have a Discounted Winter Driven Corvettes For Sale section. No one ever looked at it so we discontinued it.Maybe NiK can make up a new "Badge of Honour" for those of us that are 365 Driving Enthusiasts...
Likely don't realize a lot of things....Didn't realize the Forum was alive when Bias Ply Tires and Drum Brakes where the norm...

I'll buy the bad ones at 2% of the original cost!Just kidding! I hope they get destroyed and not sold.
I realize I can out wit most on this Site. The rest can't comprehend.

Jack, I did. Hit 20C in SW Ont today and I took a photo of the temp displayed inside the car. I put the all season tires on in the fall and I adjusted the pressures before I went for a 200 km rip to test out the winter mods. How many ripped the covers of their Princess, cut the umbilical cord keeping her alive and went for a rip today...
A set of Dynamic Caps would help with that!Your wheels, nor their logos are lined up! I'm very ashamed of you!
