Definitely. The Trans Am series gave us the , HP wise ,the underrated 302 cid in the Camaro and Mustang. Great engines and great cars.As Corvette enthusiasts do you suppose there was a generation of factory hot rods that influenced the buying decision making as much as the the old "Trans Am" series? I suspect the older generation on here were greatly influenced by the "Win on Sunday by on Monday" Moto. I know I was. These cars are just some of the over 5.0 litre class and there was an equally exciting division known as the 2.5 Litre side of the series.
