new radio

Hi
I want to replace the original radio with a after market radio. I have a 1984 corvette with bose speakers. What do I have to do it make it work.

You need to replace the speakers (bose have built in amps). It is not a hard job, replaced my unit (not original, but a high end replacement from when car was new) this summer. I installed a Sony Xplode head and amp. You will need an adaptor to simplify the connection, you can by a kit where you buy the stereo.
