Just finished last weld. Going to powder coating. 36" x 40". 12" off ground. Snowblower hauler.

True , but no different than a bike carrier. They have them for scooters, I know princess auto sells a version but not strong enough. Will but lights on after panting. Thanks for bringing that to my attention, may talk to police.

You are certainly correct. Bicycle carriers and mobility scooters (also those extra capacity luggage racks) usually block view of the license plates. Perhaps the police are just accepting of them unless the driver is being obnoxious... then it is one more thing they can charge the driver for. Looks good and clever idea with the built in ramp. Good luck with it.
