Hey All.

Nice to have a Canadian site, happy to have found it!

Breif run down, I have had :
-92 RS 3.1/Auto
-89 RS 5.0/Auto
-88 Formula 5.0/Auto Swaped to 5.7/T5
-88 GTA 5.7/Auto
-98 TA LS1/T56 - Bolt on car

Currently have :
98 Z28
Car was bought as a roller :


Built a cammed LS1, all Brain Tooley valvetrain mated to a T56. Realized too late we used MLS Headgaskets on notched 853 heads and had to pull the motor again to fix the coolant leak this caused. Then I drove it for 1 week and oil pump s**t the bed taking out 4 rod bearings.. was a shitty summer, haha.
Cam Specs :



This happened last Aug.

Since then I picked up a 01 LQ4, had machine shop :
-Install 8 new pistons
-Hone cylinders
-New Cam Bearings
-New Rod and Main Bearings
-Sent cam out and checked out Ok

Picked up Some SS rims and lowering springs. Also have painted SS Hood, just need time to bolt it on the car.

Got this thing running Saturday and it hauls ass. Needs a proper tune as it was mostly done last year but some fine tuning to be done. Aside from that Im glad shes out!
 
Welcome to the forums. I take it that is your backyard garage? :cool: Very nice.
