Hi. Glad to have found this site. We used to live in Willowdale in Toronto.
Currently live in Innisfil Ontario.

It has been many year since we have owned a Vette. It was in the Early 90s. We used to attend local shows. Cruises. Some auto cross races and Bloomington Gold.
We had a 77 L-82 Auto. Built 350. Hooker sidepipes. Good fun car.

We are looking for a car to auto cross and drive. Have looked at a few.
I am looking forward to looking through this forum.

Since last year we have discussed on and off about what year. For us it came down to a C3 or C4.

Although of the two a C4 is more advanced. We will get a C3. 80 to 82.
A Stick is preferable but auto will do to start and convert later
It will start Stock as is. Whatever we get do the work it needs to be safe. After , each year make some changes.
In the mid 80s to early 90s my brother in law race at some events put on by local a Corvette club. He race a Corvair and late a mid engine V8 Corvair.
There were a number of Vettes racing and recently I found my old photos. This mad is say it might be time to get a car.

I will try to post a photo of one of the cars from back then.

Looks like the old Sherway Gardens when they use to Slalom race Corvette's on Sundays ....
Then it was the moved it to the Go Station in Oakville ...

The Vette was not his. I do not remember the name of the guy that ran this car.
The car was sold and painted silver. Never saw it after the late 80s. Would like to find it.
This one had a L-88 transplant
