Suggestion New Forum Home Page

It's very very apparent that the vast majority of you hit What's New and sit there when browsing CCF.

We have an upcoming improvement that will mildly revolutionize the home page, presenting a Feed like interface (think of What's New but with more Jazz). We will preserve the traditional forum listings but we will be experimenting with this shortly.

I like Jazz.... It will never replace Blues but I'm always open to revolutionizing.... mildly of course...

I've finally got round to implementing some of these changes in the form of the new Feeds page. We also have a new user selectable theme called New Dark that takes full advantage of this functionality.

The Feeds page provides you with a near realtime interface to new content including curated Hot topics. It also provides you with permanent ways to ignore content from forums you don't care for using the filters on the right hand side. Play around, there's a fair number of bugs and it's currently not properly working with our Ultra theme.

We will replace the What's New page with Feeds and eventually may move to replacing our classic Forum list page with it if you all like it.
