My Observations from the 2020 Corvette Owners Manual

l am more of a cash type person ,l can't wait to see the look on the sales persons face when l pick up my car and give him a bag of $100 bills .
Wow ... I don't have those trees growing in my yard. Would you happen to have a seedling that I could borrow from? :angelic:

The last person I would flash that type of money to would be the person who I negotiate my next daily driver with.
Wish they would accept vette-coins :cigar:

This is correct. Oil changes are now only 2 total over 2 years/24,000 km, unless you get the GM Scotiabank Visa Card, in which case you get 4 over 2 years/48,000km. You do not need to use the car for anything else. This is the same across the board for all 2020 vehicles, not just the Corvette.

It would be worth getting the card because an oil change for a C7 is somewhere in the $130 range.
Eric, I didn't know there is a Scotia Visa GM and a TD Visa GM card is one better than the other want the "complimentary" oil changes

1%er lifestyle makes for good safe money making markets

JMO ... food for thought ...

1. In regard to inclusive oil changes when purchasing a new GM vehicle ... I do not consider the oil changes as "free" ... but rather "included" in my price.
I see the use of "free" as perhaps a marketing-type thing to give one a feeling that something is being "thrown in" ... but it is actually "included" in as a result of a purchase.
Regardless of paying MSRP or getting a $20,000 discount on the purchase ... the oil change/renewals are still included.
Precedence being that I have grown to learn that when referring to or getting sold something ... for nothing ... is normally a "red flag".

2. Scotia GM Visa Card ... just get the "no fee" card ... No Brainer. That's what I have from it's start in 2015.
I have benefited from over $12k in Scotia GM $$$ on top of GM incentives and purchase price negotiating (so far)
and I already have another $750 for the next purchase.
Please note the Scotia GM Visa is not the TD GM Visa and this Scotia Visa has very few limitations.

To quote an old saying...... "There's no such thing as a free lunch"

l would prefer to take my car to my old school mechanic friend for maintinence after the 2 free oil changes are done.He will be doing all my non warrantee work and will know the car better than any piece work Tech will .

Nothing wrong with that. My parents do the same.

We've had one customer do this last year, but it was $5's, $10's and $20's. It took a long time to count all the bills.

There is no TD GM Visa card. Previously to the current card offer, there was a TD points card. That program has since ended and any leftover points have expired (customers were given about a year's notice).

I had the solution for the costly oil changes which was trade the car as soon as the free ones were over...X2
Turns out it wasn’t that cheap in the long run paying the difference. Ok actually I was upgrading every time and it just worked out that way. With the 17 I’ve actually got some KMs on this car and a $250 yearly oil change is ok with me.
These are not bad problems to have...😁
