Hahaha. I love the story about the windshield wiper nozzles! I've had a few things like that where after some time and investigation, the problem gets fixed and it's funny that it's such a small item to take care of, yet feels so good when it's repaired.Nice words on having the confidence to speak up about problems being faced. For myself, I give people the typically "good" answer when they ask how I'm doing. Most of the time I am good, but other times I just say 'good' because I don't want to be a burden, or I realize others have much more legitimate trials than I do, or it's someone that I don't know well enough to speak with. I have a couple other people that I can actually bounce my concerns over and it's a help. Sometimes it's legitimate, and they give support or sometimes they point out that I need to suck it up and then looking at it from an outside perspective, I do. And both help. So, I agree with you that talking about issues helps and adds perspective and/or simply support.......however, with writing all this, all I can think about is that I now want to find a Corvette Jacket at VV.
