Good afternoon Derek, I'll bet it would! After I shift into 3rd I'm usually starting to think about what could happen to me if things go south. Having had a blown tire, the stability control act up and activate one side rear brake while going down the highway, I tend to enjoy acceleration in the first two gears but my age, reflexes and watching too many YouTube videos of cars going out of control I'm glad that I exercised the demon (a bit anyway) for flatout speed out of me. Sure I'd be lying if I said I still didn't get a kick out of chirping the tires but I usually back out right away. Rubber be expensive as my gf likes to remind me! I just have the thought that with 300 km runs you end up covering a mile in 20 seconds rather than 60..............and if you need to stop or avoid something, well an activity best left to a younger demographic with better reflexes. I'll try to just bask in the thought of I could give that car a spanking if I ever needed to. Cheers, Garry
